Privacy Policy

Fuzz LLC (“Fuzz,” “we,” “us”) builds apps including Reality Paint and Tandem. This policy explains what information our website and apps handle, and how. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Information we collect
- Content you create. Scans, 3D models, audio projects and other content you make in our apps are stored on your device. If you choose to sync, share or export content, it goes only where you send it, such as your own iCloud account or a file you share.
- Your cloud storage. Our apps sync through storage you already control, such as iCloud, and in the future providers like Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. Those files live in your account with that provider and are covered by its privacy policy. We don’t receive a copy.
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it only to respond.
- Diagnostics. If you opt in to Apple’s crash reporting and app analytics, Apple may share anonymized crash and usage data with us. We use it only to fix bugs and improve performance.
Device permissions
Our apps may ask for access to features like the camera, LiDAR sensor, microphone or audio interfaces. These are used only to provide the feature you’re using, for example capturing a scan in Reality Paint or recording audio in Tandem. The resulting data stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent personal information.
- We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs in our apps.
- We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
This website
fuzzllc.com is a static website. It does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which has its own privacy policy.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can delete content you’ve created at any time by deleting it in the app or removing the app. To ask about, correct or delete any information you’ve sent us, email nicholas@fuzzllc.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in our apps’ release notes.
